Manufactured sand is an alternative to river sand. Due to the depletion of good quality river sand for the use of construction, the use of manufactured sand has been increased. M Sand is manufacturing this product by introducing the world‘s best crusher technology - Vertical Shaft Impactor (VSI Technology) from Finland. This Rock-on-Rock technology makes M-sand more cubical which gives more strength and bonding when applied with allied building materials.
Advantages:
It is well graded in the required proportion. Our M Sand does not contain an organic and soluble compound, thus the setting time and properties of cement are not affected and also the required strength of concrete will be maintained. Our M Sand does not have the presence of impurities such as clay, dust and silt coatings. Presence of this kind of impurities in a river and lead to increase of water ratio in a concrete mix, which impairs bond between the cement Pastes and aggregates. Modern technology like vertical shaft impactor (VSI) is installed in the manufacturing process to give best quality M-Sand for the construction works.
